There are many young, motivated and successful professionals between the ages of 20 & 39 living, working and running throughout the Lower Naugatuck Valley region. And this year, they put their special talents to work with the Commodore Hull Thanksgiving Day 5K Race. They conducted a food drive to benefit the Spooner House's Valley Food Bank. Food was collected at both of the early pickup dates for runners at the Farmers Market on Sunday and Wednesday before the race.
