About this Lowe's Project:

Lowe’s development in Derby 

  • Being designed by Mulvanny G2 Architects of McLean VA.

  • The building will be 124,042 square feet enclosed.

  • Plus 28,839 square feet garden center.

  • The building will be a one (1) story structure.

  • The height of the building will be 29 feet at the front parapet.

  • The building will employ 150 to 200 people.

  • Cost of construction has not been finalized.

  • Inland Wetland approval April 2007

  • State Traffic Commission approval August 2007

  • Planning and Zoning approval September 2007 approval.
