A certain parcel of land located in the City of Derby, County of New Haven and State of Connecticut being bounded and described as follows:

Beginning at a point on the southwesterly streetline of Main Street (Route 34) at the division line between land now or formerly of Monroe A. Kohn and land now or formerly of the City of Derby,

thence running southeasterly and easterly along the southwesterly and southerly streetline of Main Street, (Route 34) to a point;

thence running southerly along the westerly streetline of Caroline Street to a point;

thence running westerly along the northerly right of way line of land now or formerly of the New York, New Haven and Hartford Railroad Co. to a point;

thence running northwesterly along the northeasterly edge of the Housatonic River to a point;

thence running northeasterly along land now or formerly of Monroe A. Kohn to the point of beginning.
