Re: Funding to Assist in the Purchase of Clean Fuel Vehicle and Diesel Retrofit Technologies.

This program is designed to encourage adoption of clean fuel vehicle technology by providing funds for the differential cost between conventionally fueled vehicles and vehicles that operate on compressed natural gas, propane, or electric power. Electric hybrid vehicles are also eligible under this program.

Since the program funds the differential cost of the Alternate Fuel Vehicle’s (AFV’s), choosing the AFV for your fleet will generally cost no more than the equivalent gasoline or diesel version of that vehicle.
