Building Inspections Started June 3The City of Derby WPCA has initiated a long-term program of sewer system investigations, repairs and system upgrades to mitigate sewage overflows to the environment and basement back-ups. Weston & Sampson Engineers, Inc. has been engaged by the WPCA to conduct building inspections in the community and will be beginning Tuesday June 3rd. Click here for full information. |
The Water Pollution Control Authority is currently dealing with major infrastructure issues to Derby's system and will soon require a referendum to deal with the costs which could exceed $34 million.
