Syracuse, NY

We are fairly certain that Syracuse was among the many cities in New York state that received National Humane Alliance fountains. The description of the city ordinance above makes it fairly certain that they did. We have also seen Syracuse mentioned in many other news stories as a city that received a fountain. However, we have never seen a picture of it, where it was installed, how Syracuse got it or what happened to it.
