City Webcam Will Have Race View!

The City of Derby has redirected its webcam especially for the Commodore Hull Thanksgiving Road Race! The camera, which is perched atop City Hall at the Corner of Main And Elizabeth Street is just about a mile into the race. The camera normally is pointed to the east along Main street, but it has been turned to the west and now catches the Derby/Shelton Bridge along which the runners will be proceeding both on their way out and way back along the course. It's not going to be a big view, but it should be enough to give a brief glimpse of the action particularly under the large American flag that is displayed at the center of the bridge during the race thanks to the volunteer firefighters from Derby and Shelton.

The camera is also a good way for runners to check out the weather conditions before heading for the course on Thanksgiving morning! You can check out the live view at http://www.derbyredevelopment.com/.
