WINTER PARKING REGULATIONS       

1)                   The winter parking ban goes into effect in December. The ban is twenty four hours. Parking will be allowed as follows:

2)                   December and February, parking will be allowed on the even numbered side of the street.

3)                   January and March, parking will be allowed on the odd numbered side of the street.

4)                   Metered and business district same as 2 and 3 except during business hours, parking is allowed 6 am to midnight.

5)                   Exception, where permanently posted, “No Parking”, parking will be allowed on the side of the street not posted.

6)                   Parking will be allowed on both sides of Olivia Street from East Ninth Street to Cottage Street.

7)                   No parking south side of East 9^th Street at all times. Hawthorne Av., from Cemetery Av., parking will be allowed on the cemetery side of the street only-from Cemetery Av. to North Av.

8)                   No parking either side of Main Street, Thompson Place, Third Street between Elizabeth and Minerva Street from 12 midnight to 6:00 am.
