The Liberty Center is a substance abuse treatment facility that provides
group therapy; counseling to
individuals and their families; referral to appropriate treatment sources;
Employee Assistance Programs (EAP);consultation to local school systems for updating health education curricula;
education services for any interested community groups; primary prevention program/self-esteem development for children ages 6-12 in Derby
High School.
Eligibility Requirements:
Male and female adults - adolescents
Fees:
Sliding fee scale based on family income.
Hours of Operation:
- Monday through Thursday 8:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
- Friday - 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
