Starbucks held its Grand Opening for its new Derby store
on Route 34 on Saturday, July 26 with Mayor Anthony Staffieri and manager Lori Turci cutting the ribbon as local elected officials looked on. Starbucks
also celebrated by presenting Mayor Staffieri with a generous donation
for the Valley Arts Council.
Starbucks District Manager Patrick Thronton was on hand
as were Board of Aldermen President Ken Hughes, Ansonia Mayor Jim
Dellavolpe and state legislators Joe Crisco and Themis Klarides.
