Derby Recreation Study

New - Master Plan for Outdoor Recreation Facilities

The Master Plan for Outdoor Recreation Facilities has been completed by the Committee. You may click on the links above to read the report and view the cost estimates. The information below was developed along the way and is the background information used in developing the final report.

This plan has been changed in conjunction with the School Building Committee's plans for a new high school. The new plan is quite different than this one and saves $1,000,000 in costs because of state reimbursements available for the school building project. However, the underlying study of existing conditions and needs presented here is still valid.
